Medical Digital Solutions (“MDS”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is an Egyptian One Person Limited Liability Company registered under Commercial Registration No. 163421, with registered office at Property No. 6, 2nd Floor, Ahmed Fakhry Street, Nasr City, Cairo, Arab Republic of Egypt. MDS provides professional B2B healthcare branding, growth, digital, content, technology, AI-supported and related consulting services.

This Privacy Policy explains how MDS handles personal information collected through our websites, forms, booking flows, business communications, demos, payment-related interactions and other digital touchpoints that link to this policy. MDS is not a healthcare provider and general MDS website channels are not designed for emergency or clinical care.

Depending on your interaction with MDS, we may collect: contact data such as name, work email, telephone/WhatsApp, organization and role; inquiry and project data such as messages, service interests, target markets, timing and budget ranges; booking and meeting information; technical data such as IP address, device/browser information, referrer, pages viewed, approximate location and cookies/identifiers where enabled; and business correspondence or records needed to manage proposals, contracts and service delivery.

When you pay MDS through a bank, card payment, hosted checkout, invoice or payment link, we may receive transaction information such as payer/client name, invoice/reference, amount, currency, payment status, processor transaction ID, date/time and masked card/network details returned by the payment provider. When a third-party payment service provider hosts or processes card entry, MDS does not intentionally collect or store the full card number, CVV/security code or payment authentication credentials.

Please do not submit patient-identifying information, medical records or unnecessary sensitive health information through general MDS website forms, payment forms, demos or ordinary business communication channels. If sensitive information is required for a specific approved project, the appropriate secure process, roles and contractual safeguards should be agreed separately.

We may use information to respond to enquiries; prepare proposals and scopes; schedule and manage meetings; deliver and support services; manage billing, payments, refunds and financial reconciliation; operate and secure our websites and business systems; prevent fraud and abuse; measure website and campaign performance; improve user experience and service quality; send lawful operational or marketing communications; manage legal/contractual records; and comply with applicable legal, regulatory, audit or security obligations.

Depending on the jurisdiction and context, processing may rely on consent, steps taken at your request before entering a contract, performance of a contract, legitimate interests such as business communication, security and service improvement, and compliance with legal obligations. Where consent is required, you may withdraw it for future processing subject to applicable law.

Depending on the payment flow, a PSP may act as a processor, independent controller or other regulated participant. MDS receives only the information reasonably required for reconciliation, client support, service activation, accounting, refunds and dispute management.

MDS and its service providers may process information in countries other than where you are located. Where cross-border transfers are subject to legal requirements, we seek to use appropriate contractual, technical or organizational safeguards.

We retain personal and business information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, to manage the client relationship, maintain financial/contractual records, resolve disputes, protect security, meet professional obligations and comply with applicable law. Retention periods vary by data category and relationship type.

MDS uses administrative, technical and organizational measures designed to protect information, including access controls, secure configuration, controlled user permissions and appropriate provider security measures. No online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Please avoid sending sensitive information through general channels.

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection; request data portability where applicable; withdraw consent for future marketing; and make a complaint to a relevant authority. Identity verification may be required before fulfilling certain requests.
